Vendor Spots Are Now Open for Adobo Throwdown 4.0

Adobo Throwdown is back, and this year’s vendor experience is being built with a stronger focus on visibility, connection, and community.

We are now accepting vendors for Adobo Throwdown 4.0, a weekend celebration of Filipino food, culture, entrepreneurship, and community pride. This year, the event will be free to attend, creating an even greater opportunity for vendors to connect with attendees and be part of one of San Antonio’s most flavorful cultural events.

A More Vendor-Centric Experience

For Adobo Throwdown 4.0, we are doing more than offering booth space. We are creating a better experience for vendors before, during, and after the event through Kultura.RSVP.

Kultura.RSVP is helping us make the vendor experience more organized, more visible, and more valuable. Vendors will not just be listed as participants. They will be part of a digital event experience designed to help attendees discover them, engage with them, and remember them after the event.

More Visibility for Vendors

One of the biggest goals for Adobo Throwdown 4.0 is to help vendors get more exposure.

Through Kultura.RSVP, vendors can be featured as part of the event experience, making it easier for attendees to learn who will be there, what they offer, and why they should stop by. This creates more opportunities for vendors to be discovered before attendees even arrive.

Instead of relying only on foot traffic during the event, we want vendors to benefit from promotion before the event, engagement during the event, and continued visibility after the event.

Easier Attendee Engagement

Adobo Throwdown 4.0 will also use vendor QR codes to help connect attendees directly with participating vendors.

These QR codes can help attendees:

Discover vendor information
Access vendor links
Follow vendors online
Learn about products or services
Participate in event activities tied to vendor engagement

This creates a smoother experience for attendees and gives vendors another way to build relationships beyond a quick booth visit.

Built for Connection, Not Just Transactions

Adobo Throwdown has always been about more than food. It is about culture, community, and supporting the people who help bring the event to life.

That includes our vendors.

Whether you are selling food, desserts, drinks, retail products, cultural goods, services, or community-focused offerings, we want this event to help you connect with the right audience in a meaningful way.

Our goal is for vendors to leave Adobo Throwdown 4.0 with more than sales. We want vendors to gain new followers, new customers, new relationships, and stronger community visibility.

Spots Are Limited

Vendor space is limited, and booth selection is secured upon payment.

Submitting interest does not guarantee a spot. Your vendor space is officially confirmed only after your vendor fee has been paid.

This helps us finalize the vendor layout, manage event capacity, and create the best possible experience for both vendors and attendees.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome a wide variety of vendors, including food vendors, dessert vendors, retail vendors, cultural merchandise vendors, service providers, community organizations, Filipino-owned businesses, Asian-owned businesses, and businesses that want to connect with the Filipino and broader San Antonio community.

Whether you are a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, Adobo Throwdown 4.0 is a great opportunity to showcase your business in a vibrant, community-driven setting.

Secure Your Spot

Vendor spots are expected to fill quickly.

Be part of a weekend celebrating Filipino flavor, culture, business, and community.
